Supported Living

Our supported living services are provided to people living in their own homes. The service is a domiciliary service registered with CQC to provide personal care. Most of the people we support are living in properties they rent from our organisation. We provide an easy read tenancy agreement which helps people to understand the responsibilities of being a tenant. Some of the people we support rent a property privately or from the council and some have purchased or inherited their own home.

Wherever a person lives our supported living services help them to manage the responsibility of having their own home. We support people to take charge of the cleaning, cooking and shopping and we can help with managing finances. We encourage and support people to take part in community activities and to develop relationships within their local community. The support we provide is tailored to the needs and wishes of the individual and can range from a few hours a week up to twenty four hours daily.
